This is the bi-annual General Service Assembly for Area 71.
Area 71 covers the entire state of Virginia. The bi-annual Fall and Spring Assemblies are for AA’s involved in the general service structure, specifically GSR’s, DCM’s. The bi-annual Winter and Summer meetings are for DCM’s.
